Australian retirement village operators enlisted the aid of California-based Crow Canyon Software, leveraging its two-decades-long international experience, to tailor their Asset Management capabilities to meet New South Wales (NSW) requirements. The collaborative effort resulted in ASSETjourney, a bespoke Asset Management Plan (AMP) created by Australian operators for the broader industry, highlighting the successful fusion of local insights with global expertise.
